🇬🇧 English

Departure around 09:30 from Lipari, we will head towards the island of Alicudi, passing through the “Bocche di Vulcano,” the channel that separates the island of Vulcano from Lipari. On the right, you will admire Vulcano with the large crater of La Fossa, and on the left, the sea stacks (Faraglioni) of Lipari.

We will then continue sailing, leaving green Salina with its twin volcanic cones to our right, and then Filicudi — the second stop on our journey — until we reach the most remote and wild island: Alicudi.

Once ashore, you will notice how time seems to have stopped here: no cars, no roads — only the sound of the sea and the raw beauty of a nearly uninhabited island (about 80 residents), where fishing and agriculture reign, and nature is the undisputed ruler.

A narrow mule track leads us along the island’s houses, where unexpected glimpses of life open up and donkeys are the only means of transport.

Just one shop, a bar, and a restaurant are the only gathering places — but the hospitality of the locals is a true added value.

The beaches surrounding the island are also marked by peace and crystal-clear waters.

In the late morning, we will set sail for Filicudi. The first stop on this leg of the trip is La Canna, a 70-meter-high volcanic neck rising like a blade from the sea, followed by the Grotta del Bue Marino, a mystical place on the island. We will then pass by the Giafante rock before arriving at Filicudi Porto for our second stop.

Once on the island, you can enjoy its wild beauty, its small coves ideal for swimming, the little village, and several trails leading to breathtaking views, such as those toward the ancient millstones or Capo Graziano, a natural fortress where the remains of a prehistoric village are visible — reachable in about 20 minutes.

We will then sail along the Capo Graziano headland with its crystal-clear waters and return leisurely to Lipari.
